YOGA

Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility....body and mind. 

This is done through gently stretching into poses, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina, relaxation and perfect the alignment of the pose. 

Yoga for me, is a type of meditation in itself. While focusing on your breathing and slow, gentle movement, your mind begins to clear and focus on the present moment.  In-turn, anxieties and stress may melt away. 

$5 per person  ~ $40 per class for personal, One on One session.

GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL GUIDED MEDITATION

During our Group or Individual Guided Imagery Meditation, I guide you through mental imaging to help you release burdens and stress.  Which then in turn, allows your body to release any built up tension in your muscles. These meditations can be done during a group sessions or by appt for those that want more of a one on one, personal touch! Catering more in-depth to YOU and your specific needs that you would like to address.

*$10 per person during a group class ~ $40 for a personal, One on One session
