Come in and join us for a Yoga Class for yourself or with Friends. Then Stay for a relaxing Meditation session that will allow your body to achieve homeostasis - the pure state of relaxation.

Many people think that yoga is just stretching. While stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility....body and mind.
This is done through gently stretching into poses, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina, relaxation and perfect the alignment of the pose.
Yoga for me, is a type of meditation in itself. While focusing on your breathing and slow, gentle movement, your mind begins to clear and focus on the present moment. In-turn, anxieties and stress may melt away.

There are many different Meditation Modalities, some can be described as "Energy Work". Reiki Meditation, Crystal Therapy, Light Therapy, etc are all forms of relaxation modalities that help calm the mind, relax the nerves and your body. Giving you those moments back to being present IN the moments. As Balance is achieved when you are truly present in the moment.
